I originally trained as a Chartered Physiotherapist. My interest in acupuncture began at an introductory course to classical Chinese acupuncture while in the NHS. After a career break, I attained diplomas in Electrolysis and Waxing, and qualified with a Licentiate in Acupuncture with the British Academy of Western Medical Acupuncture. My membership is subject to Continuous Professional Development – attending lectures and courses to extend and update my knowledge. My most recent professional developments have been on Obstetric Acupuncture, the B.A.W.M.A. annual lectures, and attaining Guild of Professional Beauty Therapist accreditation in eyelash & brow tinting and perming..

I am highly qualified and experienced therapist, bound by a strict ethical code of professional practice, incorporating absolute client confidentiality.
